We actively market candidates through resume optimization, LinkedIn branding, interview prep, recruiter outreach, and portfolio development. We're a small, fast-moving team based out of Austin, Texas, and we're looking for hungry, self-driven people to help us grow.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front lines of growth — identifying potential clients (candidates and university partners), building relationships, and converting leads into paying customers. This is a high-ownership role in which your work directly impacts revenue and the company's trajectory.

What You'll Do

Research and identify prospective candidates (international students, early-career tech professionals) and institutional partners (universities, coding bootcamps, student organizations)

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Reddit, and other channels to generate qualified leads

Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to contract signing for career services packages (resume, interview prep, recruiter outreach bundles)

Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools; track and report on outreach metrics weekly

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, pitch decks, and sales collateral

Support university partnership development, including proposal drafting, follow-ups, and relationship management

Gather market feedback from prospects and clients to help shape new service offerings

What We're Looking For

0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client-facing roles (internships count)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfort with cold outreach — you're not afraid of a No and you know how to follow up

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM basics

Self-starter mindset — you manage your own time and hold yourself accountable

Interest in the ed-tech, career services, or immigration/international student space is a strong plus

Understanding of the F-1/OPT/H-1B landscape is a bonus, not a requirement
