Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who understands hospital operations and can drive partnerships with hospitals in Bhubaneswar.

Your responsibility is to visit hospitals, pitch our 2X growth model, acquire clients, and build strong relationships.

Once a deal is closed, our execution team takes over the delivery; you focus purely on closing and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities1. Hospital Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Identify 50100 bedded hospitals across Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations with hospital owners, directors, and administrators.
  • Build strong pipelines and maintain regular follow-ups.
2. Sales & Deal Closure
  • Pitch NPPD Care's revenue growth model confidently with clear business outcomes.
  • Negotiate commercials (50,0002,00,000 per hospital per month).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly hospital acquisition targets.
3. Understanding Hospital Operations
  • Assess basic OPD, IPD, patient flow, billing, finance, insurance, and marketing gaps.
  • Identify and highlight areas where NPPD Care can create impact.
4. Handover & Coordination
  • After closure, coordinate internally with the Operations & Transformation Team.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and project initiation.
5. Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Maintain activity logs, CRM updates, and weekly reports.
  • Track competitor offerings, hospital challenges, and local market trends.
Requirements
  • 13 years experience in hospitals / diagnostics / medical device sales / TPA / healthcare B2B
  • Strong understanding of hospital administration & operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong field sales mindset (8090% on-ground)
  • Must have bike + valid driving license
  • Self-driven, confident, target-oriented
