Position: Business Development Executive (EVENTS)

Full-time

Office Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in Events (Business and Sales) with a strong network in the events space

Role Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving Sales for Cadre's Manpower Services. The role involves lead generation, pitching Cadre's services to agencies and brands, getting Cadre empanelled as the manpower vendor for events

This role involves managing client accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and spearheading business development efforts to expand the company's portfolio.

Knowledge of the events industry and a strong network connection is a must

The manager will also coordinate with the event planning team to ensure client requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Business acumen and understanding of the event industry
  • Ability to make pitch proposals, decks and cost proposals
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Development strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating trends and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience with Sales and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
