Job Title: Sr. Executive / Executive Business Development

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic professionals for the position of Sr. Executive / Executive Business Development. The role involves driving B2B and retail business growth by engaging with medical retailers and chemist stores, promoting business solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, chemist stores, and medical outlets in Balurghat Town and nearby areas as per the daily planned schedule.
- Meet medical retailers to promote the B2B business model, highlighting transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and product quality.
- Generate and process sales orders to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Work closely with the team leader to resolve buyer concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Maintain accurate daily visit and sales reports, and share market feedback regularly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 26 years in B2B, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales/field operations.
- Education: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree (HS-qualified candidates with relevant field experience may also apply).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
