Job Description Business Developer (Doctor & Franchise Onboarding)
Responsibilities:
- Visit clinics and hospitals to build trusted relationships and onboard doctors to the diagnostics platform.
- Present the company's benefits, assist doctors with registration, KYC, and digital dashboard usage.
- Provide training and support to doctors on booking workflows and platform tools.
- Respond to franchise inquiries, pitch the franchise business model, and close agreements.
- Manage franchise onboarding, SOP training, operational readiness, and launch support.
- Address questions, maintain high satisfaction, and ensure smooth usage for both doctors and franchise partners.
- Track, report, and achieve monthly targets for doctor sign-ups and franchise acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; experience in field sales, healthcare, or franchise/business development preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally; organized and self-driven with a passion for technology and healthcare growth.
