Job Description
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling and strategic partnership opportunities
- Achieve sales, retention and business growth targets aligned with organisational objectives
- Build and maintain strong long term client relationships through proactive engagement and solution oriented consultation
- Utilise CRM system to effectively manage pipelines, document customer interactions, track opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and customised business solutions tailored to client requirements
- Analyze clients operational and workflow challenges to recommend suitable localization, automation, and AI-powered language solutions
- Conduct consultative discussions with clients on the adoption of AI-driven translation technologies, machine translation, workflow automation, and localization process optimization
- Collaborate closely with internal operational, production, and technology teams to design customized AI-enabled solutions based on client business needs
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, generative AI developments, machine translation trends, localization technologies, and digital transformation advancements relevant to the industry
- Demonstrates strong understanding of technology-enabled business solutions, SaaS-based platforms, automation tools, and AI-assisted productivity systems
- Support the organization's innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate AI and technology solutions into client workflows and internal processes
