Junior Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to develop their skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

You will work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Training and guidance will be provided to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and other appropriate sales channels.
• Generate new business leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand customers needs and introduce suitable products or services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the company's CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
• Comfortable engaging with new people and making outbound sales calls or client outreach.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage but not essential.
