Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-orientedBusiness Development Executivewith hands-on experience in Web Development IT service sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound outreach, professional communication, and online lead generation through platforms such as LinkedIn, cold emailing, and bidding portals.

This is atarget-driven rolewith strong growth potential towardSenior BDE / Sales Manager / Account Managerpositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for web development and digital services
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connect, nurture, and convert prospects)
  • Execute cold email campaigns and structured follow-ups
  • Identify and approach startups, agencies, and business owners for IT services
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
  • Maintain CRM records, lead pipeline, and daily activity reports
  • Follow up on leads and close deals
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in business development in a Web Development company
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
  • Understanding of websites, web applications, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client handling
