ELEMENTS Architects is seeking a
Business Development Executive to help lead its sales efforts across India. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all locations across India.
Roles And Responsibilities
- 50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)
- 25% Existing sales pipeline management
- 25% Inbound lead management
- Cultivating midsize and large business relationships
- Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics
Education And Desired Qualifications
- 5-9 years in CRE Sales in Mumbai Market (IPCs/DPCs)
- Should have good broker connects in Mumbai market
- Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
- Ability to penetrate new markets
- Demonstrates good sales hygiene
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
