Business Development Executive

We are looking for motivated fresher(0-2yr) candidates for a Business Development role in an IT company.

The role involves cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and direct communication with US-based clients to generate business for web, mobile, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cold calling and outbound communication with US-based prospects

Understand client requirements and pitch web, mobile, and AI-based solutions

Schedule meetings and follow-ups with international clients

Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and feasibility

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications

Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM tools

Work towards assigned business development targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline( BCA, MCA, B.tech preferred).

Must have basic knowledge of web technologies.

Must have basic understanding of AI concepts and common use cases (chatbots, automation, AI tools)

Good verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)

Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and client interaction

Willingness to work with US-based clients and different time zones, if required

Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn IT services, sales processes, and business communication.
