Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Patna. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks may include developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting Edural Classes services, negotiating contracts, and achieving set sales and growth objectives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities effectively
  • Strong skills in Communication and Business to build relationships and negotiate with clients
  • Experience in Account Management for maintaining long-term client partnerships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Self-motivation with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet sales and business development targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education sector or a similar industry is a plus
