Primary Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech Sales
About The Opportunity
Opportunity within the Education Technology (EdTech) sector serving K12, higher education, and corporate learning customers across India. We are hiring an onsite Business Development Executive to drive institutional sales, build pipeline, and convert enterprise opportunities for innovative learning products and services.
Location: India (Onsite)
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify institutional leads across schools, colleges, corporate L&D, and training partners to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Execute outbound outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) and run targeted accountbased campaigns to secure discovery meetings.
- Develop tailored proposals and conduct product demos aligned to customer learning objectives and procurement processes.
- Manage full sales cycleforecasting, negotiation, contract closure, and handover to implementation teams.
- Track and optimise key sales metrics in CRM; maintain accurate activity logs and opportunity stages for pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market feedback, win themes, and competitor insights to refine gotomarket tactics.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English; regional language skills are a plus depending on territory.
