Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Kanpur Division. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing and delivering presentations or demos, and supporting proposal development and negotiations. The role involves managing and growing assigned accounts, maintaining regular communication with clients, and coordinating with internal marketing and operations teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Solid account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and support long-term partnerships.
  • Effective business and commercial acumen, including basic understanding of digital marketing and business optimization services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, client calls, and professional email correspondence.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or related B2B environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
