Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Executive to strengthen our presence in the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about sustainable solutions in the building material sector. This role requires regular interaction with architects, contractors, interior designers, and builders to expand Ecoste's reach and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new business opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction sectors
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations
- Develop customized proposals based on client needs and product suitability
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project-specific client requirements
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture long-term business relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- 38 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Prior exposure to building materials, interior solutions, or construction products is highly desirable
- Strong command over communication, persuasion, and relationship management
- Proven experience in client pitching and solution-based selling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits
