Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our digital media platforms including the web channel and web news portal. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating advertising revenue, securing sponsorships, and managing strategic collaborations with brands and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential advertisers, brands, corporate clients, and institutions.
Generate revenue through advertisement sales, brand partnerships, and sponsorship deals.
Conduct client meetings and field visits to develop long-term business relationships.

2. Sales & Pitching
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, media proposals, and presentation decks to potential clients.
Promote advertising opportunities on the web channel, news portal, and digital platforms.
Negotiate advertising packages, campaigns, and sponsorship agreements.

3. Partnerships & Collaborations
Develop strategic collaborations and tie-ups with corporate brands, event organizers, agencies, and institutions.
Identify opportunities for co-branded campaigns, sponsored shows, and promotional partnerships.

4. Advertisement & Ad Space Management
Manage and monitor advertising inventory and ad spaces on the website and digital platforms.
Coordinate with the content and technical team for ad placements, banner ads, sponsored content, and promotional integrations.

5. Revenue & Client Relationship Management
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Build long-term relationships with advertisers and sponsors.

Ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns and client deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
13 years experience in media sales, advertising sales, digital marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to network, build partnerships, and close business deals.
Knowledge of digital advertising formats, sponsorship models, and branded content is preferred.
