Business Development Executive

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by approaching corporates and educational institutes to promote and present our Online Bachelor's and Master's degree programs. The role involves establishing strong relationships, delivering impactful presentations, and representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Approach and engage corporates, colleges, and institutes to pitch online bachelor's and master's programs.
2. Present the organization's offerings clearly and confidently during meetings, seminars, or webinars.
3. Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable program offerings.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
7. Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and conversions through CRM tools.
8. Represent the organization at events, educational fairs, and corporate engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 34 years of experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships.
• Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-up ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems.
