Business Development Executive | (EMEA) Shift: (1 PM - 10 PM) | Job Location: Noida, UP
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our international B2B sales cycle end-to-end—from prospecting and conducting discovery calls to effectively communicating the value proposition, coordinating meetings with the Sales Head for presentations, and driving deal closures.
Deal Breakers
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or similar role.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and/or LinkedIn prospecting
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Salesforce, Lusha or similar tools
- Strong communication skills to engage with international customers holding key positions
- Experience in B2B outbound sales
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels
- Communicate the company's value proposition effectively
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Understand client needs and assess fit with company offerings
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Track and update lead status and follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation of client communication
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
- Align on campaigns, target audience, and messaging
- Share feedback to improve lead quality and outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in international outbound sales, business development, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha or similar tools
