Senior Business Development Executive
(Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 11 PM 7 AM IST
Experience: 3+ Years in IT Services
Technical Background: Mandatory

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new international business opportunities across the IT services landscape
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers across the globe
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized proposals that hit the mark
- Deliver confident and value-driven pitches, follow-ups, and closures
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT service-based international sales
- Strong technical understanding to confidently engage in client discussions
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
- Self-motivated and proactive can work independently during the night shift
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
