Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities for Website, Social Media, and SEO services.
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle provided leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Lead Generation: Experience in lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities.
- WhatsApp Outreach: Skilled in using WhatsApp for outreach and client communication.
- Zoom Meetings: Proficient in conducting and managing Zoom meetings for client discussions and presentations.
- Cold Calling: Experience in cold calling to generate leads and build client relationships.
- Website Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and the technical/design team to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and successful project delivery.
