Role: Business Development Executive
CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA + Incentive
Location: Remote / Work from Home
We are looking for a highly target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in acquiring clients for a digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Conversion
- Identify and approach companies that can benefit from digital marketing, staffing, or recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other digital channels.
- Connect with Founders, HR Heads, Marketing Heads, and other decision makers to pitch services.
- Understand client requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships for repeat business and multiple requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Handle negotiations, commercials, and agreement closures independently.
Reporting and Tracking
- Maintain a pipeline tracker and lead status.
- Share weekly and monthly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Business Development experience in a digital marketing or recruitment agency.
- Proven experience in closing clients for services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
