Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive

CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA + Incentive

Location: Remote / Work from Home

We are looking for a highly target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in acquiring clients for a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Conversion

  • Identify and approach companies that can benefit from digital marketing, staffing, or recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other digital channels.
  • Connect with Founders, HR Heads, Marketing Heads, and other decision makers to pitch services.
  • Understand client requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships for repeat business and multiple requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Handle negotiations, commercials, and agreement closures independently.

Reporting and Tracking

  • Maintain a pipeline tracker and lead status.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of Business Development experience in a digital marketing or recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience in closing clients for services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
