We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 2 6 Years

Job Location: Mohali (On-site)

Industry: IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and business development through Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Writing high-quality proposals and bids on Upwork
  • Client communication and requirement understanding
  • Handling web & mobile app development projects (knowledge required)
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding & profile management
  • Excellent proposal writing & communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Web & Mobile App Development services
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background in IT service sales
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
