About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Business Development Executive Pet Care to drive the adoption of our innovative pet care applications and digital solutions. This role blends business development, customer engagement, and product demonstration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about pets and technology.
You will work closely with pet parents, veterinarians, clinics, and pet businesses to help them understand, adopt, and benefit from our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pet care applications and digital solutions to pet parents, veterinary clinics, and pet businesses
- Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features, benefits, and ease of use
- Support onboarding of new users and partners, ensuring a seamless experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Act as a customer voice, sharing insights and feedback with the product team
- Stay updated on pet care trends, digital health solutions, and competitor offerings
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain digital products, apps, and IT tools in a simple and engaging manner
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer success
- Exposure to Pharma, FMCG, Tech, Veterinary, or Pet Care sectors is an advantage
- Strong interest in pets and pet wellness
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in Veterinary / Pharma will be a strong plus
