Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

1- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and acquire new clients via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Generate leads through references and professional networking

2- Client Communication & Requirement Analysis

  • Communicate with clients through calls, emails, chats, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, and expectations
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase

3- Proposal, Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Provide accurate cost estimations and delivery timelines
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Close deals successfully as per company policies

4- Project Handover & Coordination

  • Ensure smooth project handover to the development team
  • Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams
  • Support project kickoff and transition from sales to execution

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with online bidding and lead generation platforms
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services and software development
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or a similar role
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing is a plus
