Key Responsibilities
1- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new clients via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Generate leads through references and professional networking
2- Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, chats, and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
3- Proposal, Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Provide accurate cost estimations and delivery timelines
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Close deals successfully as per company policies
4- Project Handover & Coordination
- Ensure smooth project handover to the development team
- Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams
- Support project kickoff and transition from sales to execution
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with online bidding and lead generation platforms
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or a similar role
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing is a plus
