Responsibilitie

s:-Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry event

s.-Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential client

s.-Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training course

s.-Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential client

s.-Sales Cycles Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementatio

n.-Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growt

h.-Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunitie

s.-Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performanc

Qualificati

ons:- Minimum of 1-5 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the education or training indus

try.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasiv

ely.- Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office su
