We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing digital marketing agency in Pune. This is a full-time, onsite role, ideal for professionals who enjoy client interaction, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with the VP Business Development and play a key role in expanding the agency's footprint across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Web Development, and integrated digital solutions.
- Client Pitches & Presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiation discussions.
- Proposal & Commercial Development
- Coordinate with internal strategy and delivery teams to create customized proposals, pricing, and scope of work.
- Support contract finalization and onboarding processes.
- Sales Funnel & CRM Management.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Industry Networking & Events
- Represent the agency at industry events, marketing conferences, and business networking forums in Pune and nearby regions.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with strategy, creative, performance, and account management teams for smooth client handovers and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development/sales for a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Web & Performance Marketing services.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with onsite work from the Pune office.
- Willingness to travel within Maharashtra or Pan-India when required for meetings or events.
