We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and support our business expansion.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for our recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a recruitment firm and be confident in pitching staffing solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing domain.

Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Pitch recruitment services and present company offerings effectively.

Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Prepare proposals, agreements, and presentations for client meetings.

Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) as required in the hybrid model.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in Business Development within a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.

Strong understanding of the hiring and recruitment process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to generate leads and close business deals independently.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
