Role Description

The Business Development Executive - Contract Manufacturing will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, managing accounts, and strategizing for long-term partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, offering opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams and industry leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong expertise in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Exceptional Business and Communication skills.
  • Ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve sales growth and expand client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting.
