We are a recruitment agency specializing in providing skilled and professional manpower to Gulf countries across diverse industries such as construction, oil gas, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across various industries in Gulf countries.

Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate qualified leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for effective service delivery.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics for lead generation and client engagement.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelors degree.Minimum 1 year experience in B2B business development, preferably within services industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in cold calling and using LinkedIn for prospecting.

Good understanding of Gulf market dynamics and manpower demand trends.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

What We Offer

salary 25000-30000 + performance-based incentives (upto 50000 per month).
