Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and online bidding platforms.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable software service solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring continuous business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate effectively to close profitable deals and ensure long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT services domain.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights for business improvement.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation, with at least 1 year in software services sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
