About The Role
As a Business Development Executive at
Leap Scholar, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through strategic alliances, key partnerships, and on-ground activities with educational institutions. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and coaching centers in
Coimbatore , generating leads, and creating innovative offline marketing campaigns to promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and coaching centers.
- Acquire key accounts and generate leads through BTL (Below the Line) activities.
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote Leap Scholar.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas for new institutional partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to drive conversions.
- Consistently engage with stakeholders through field visits and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions.
- Proven experience in offline / BTL marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the education ecosystem in Coimbatore
- Creative thinker with ability to design innovative partnership strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client interactions.
