Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Tamil Nadu

We're looking for a driven and empathetic Business Development Executive to join our team . If you have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of cutting-edge software solutions, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll develop and execute bidding strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong client relationships to help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop competitive strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector
  • Proven success in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred
