About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an office-based telephonic sales role where you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and closing deals through virtual communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic sales calls to potential clients and present company services professionally.
Consult with clients to understand their requirements, business needs, and project goals.
Schedule and arrange virtual meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, or phone calls for detailed discussions.
Handle end-to-end sales processes including lead follow-up, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Discuss financial proposals, pricing, and project scope clearly and confidently.
Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using company tools/CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding after successful closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive ability and confidence in telephonic communication.
Basic understanding of IT services, websites, apps, and digital solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to negotiate and handle financial discussions with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
