Role Overview:
We're hiring a results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in tech recruiting and staffing. Your primary focus will be new client acquisitiontargeting GCCs (Global Capability Centers) in India with 1000+ employees that need engineering talent. You'll leverage lead generation tools to build pipelines, close deals, and drive revenue through vendor empanelments and staffing contracts.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by acquiring 10+ new GCC clients via cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Identify and qualify leads using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Hunter.io; build targeted lists of GCCs in India (1000+ employees) hiring for roles like Gen AI engineers, full-stack developers, and DevOps specialists..
- Craft and execute personalized outreach sequences (emails, LinkedIn InMails, calls) to pitch Codefeast's staffing services, handle objections, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage full sales cycles: from lead gen and demos to proposal submission, vendor onboarding, and deal closure.
- Track pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Apollo) and report on metrics like lead conversion rates, revenue generated, and client acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on tech hiring trends (e.g., AI/ML demand, remote work models) to position Codefeast as the go-to partner for GCCs..
Requirements:
- 2-7 years in business development, sales, or account management within tech recruiting/staffing agencies (e.g., experience with vendor management for IT roles).
- Strong track record in new client acquisition and revenue generationbonus if you've hit targets with large Indian enterprises or GCCs.
- Expertise in lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, JustCall) and sales outreach platforms; comfortable with cold emailing/calling.
- Excellent communication skills for pitching to C-suite, HR leads, and tech heads; knowledge of software engineering roles (e.g., Gen AI, Node.js, Python stacks).
- Self-starter with hunter mentality; ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree; tech background or recruiting certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.
