Job Description

This role is for a Business Development Executive specializing in dealer onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and successfully bringing new dealers into our network, contributing directly to market expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new dealers that align with our business objectives.
  • Initiate contact and build rapport with prospective dealer partners.
  • Present the value proposition of partnering with our company, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for new dealer onboarding.
  • Guide new dealers through the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to facilitate seamless integration of new dealers.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding progress and success metrics.
  • Contribute to strategies for market expansion and increasing our dealer network.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability in business development, sales, or partnership acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Understanding of dealer networks or channel partnerships is highly beneficial.
