Location: Porur, Chennai (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher / Early Career

Compensation: Between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 20,000 per month.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to support and execute business growth initiatives across Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations. This is a work-from-office role based in Chennai, ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure, structured learning, and fast career growth in a SaaS startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder's Office in executing growth and expansion initiatives
  • Support business development and institutional outreach activities
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns, lead follow-ups, and conversions
  • Assist in channel partner onboarding, coordination, and support
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data tracking
  • Support operations and internal process improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Who Should Apply
