Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products/services, target market, and sales processes through training, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Demonstrate adaptability and actively incorporate feedback from peers and supervisors.
Lead Generation:
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers by engaging with decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales executives with preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing sales documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, or other channels.
- Build rapport and establish the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
Sales Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed KPIs, including call volume, lead generation targets, and sales activities.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and performance against targets.
- Actively seek feedback to identify improvement areas and implement changes accordingly.
Professional Conduct:
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Freshers with a technical background in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc (IT).
- Strong eagerness to learn and pursue a career in sales.
