We operate in a high-velocity B2B sales environment focused on scaling revenue through consultative engagements and long-term client partnerships.

On-site role based in India — ideal for goal-driven sales professionals who thrive in field sales and client-facing outreach.

Primary title: Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals and events to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to schedule discovery calls and product demos with decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and weekly sales forecasts to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to customise solutions, prepare client pitches and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the company at on-site client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of quota attainment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong outbound skills: cold calling and lead generation
  • Demonstrated pipeline management and sales forecasting capability
  • Consultative selling approach and proven negotiation/closing ability
  • Willingness to work on-site in India and attend client meetings as required

Preferred

  • Experience in career services, HR tech or recruitment-focused sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
