Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining professional relationships with potential and current clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives, develop customized proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and communication
  • Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
