Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and contributing to revenue growth. This role involves lead generation, pitching marketing services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Interns with strong communication skills and interest in sales/marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email marketing, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and business goals
- Pitch agency services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Branding, etc.)
- Prepare proposals and customized marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for client onboarding
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior sales/BD experience is a plus (not mandatory for interns)
