Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Chavakkad for Business Development Executive, BPO Executive, and CRM Executive positions. Candidates will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting business growth through strong interpersonal and professional skills. The successful candidate will also assist with customer relationship management and maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and secure potential clients
  • Strong abilities in Communication and Account Management for building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Experience in Business and client development to contribute to organizational growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in managing customer relations and handling inquiries effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in BPO, CRM, or business development roles is a plus
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills will be an advantage
