Job Description

A consulting firm operating in the Immigration, Global Mobility & HR Services sector that helps businesses and individuals navigate cross-border hiring, compliance, and advisory solutions. We deliver end-to-end consulting services to corporate clients across industries, combining regulatory know-how with client-centric service delivery. This is an on-site, India-based Business Development role focused on driving new client acquisition and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential B2B leads across target industries using LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing craft tailored proposals, structure commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Manage and prioritise a sales pipeline in CRM; update opportunity stages, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate activity logs.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly acquisition targets through a mix of outbound initiatives, relationship-building, and strategic account development.
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging, sales collateral, and pitch decks to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development within services or consulting environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing capabilities focused on solution-selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (pipeline updates, forecasting, reporting).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
  • Expertise in cold calling and structured outbound campaigns that generate meetings.
  • Ability to prepare clear, persuasive commercial proposals and pricing structures.

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to immigration, global mobility, HR consulting, or professional services sales.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms and basic marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with sales enablement and outreach tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Mailshake).
