We are looking for an energetic, results-driven individual to help us expand our client base across all industry verticals.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) at Bento-bits is responsible for driving new business through a combination of product sales and service-based consulting. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ranging from solar companies interested in our CRM tools to enterprises requiring custom software development. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of persistence, technical curiosity, and strong closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Lead Generation: Prospect and identify new business opportunities across sectors like Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Renewables.
- Product Demo & Sales: Master the features of SolarChatPro and conduct compelling demos to convert leads into subscribers.
- Service Pitching: Identify businesses in need of custom mobile/web apps and pitch Bento-bits development services as a strategic solution.
- Outreach & Networking: Utilize LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry forums to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Consultation: Work closely with the technical team to understand project scopes and present tailored proposals to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 13 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or a similar software-focused role.
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech Curiosity: A solid grasp of modern technology (Apps, Websites, Chatbots) and an eagerness to learn about new tech stacks like KMM and Flutter.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
