Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive/Cold Calling Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, developing client relationships, setting up meetings, and managing accounts. The position also involves creating and managing lead generation pipelines and contributing to business strategies aimed at driving growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and explore potential business partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for successfully identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Business and Account Management for maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills are essential for client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Proven sales skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • 3-6 years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling roles, preferably in software or IT solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce or digital solutions industry is an advantage.
