Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for SaaS IT products.

Prospect and convert new clients while owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, demo, negotiation, closure).

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and product presentations.

Work with Product & Marketing to sharpen campaigns and create qualified pipeline.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

REQUIREMENTS

Track record of achieving sales or revenue targets

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales.

This will be an addon: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.

13 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS/IT sales.

Bonus: Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Gaming, or E-commerce

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
