Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Mohali district. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and fostering strong professional relationships. The Executive will focus on driving business growth by collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
• Excellent Business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the building materials or interiors industry is an added advantage
