Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambala for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and managing client accounts. Additionally, the BDE will work closely with the team to create strategies for lead generation and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Business operations and Account Management to ensure smooth handling of client relationships and operational processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
