This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. The role requires prospecting, pitching, and negotiating with potential clients while aligning their needs with Techdeer's innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with teams to meet sales targets, drive customer success, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT sales or business development
  • Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
