About the Role
We are hiring an energetic Business Development Executive to expand our software and IT solutions business. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals in the B2B segment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs
- Present and demonstrate software products and IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Close deals and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and onboarding
- Update CRM systems and prepare sales reports
- Gather market and customer feedback
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- 13 years of experience in software sales / IT services / B2B sales
- Good understanding of software and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Ready to travel for business meetings
