About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing advertising agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our exclusive media services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Client Engagement

  • Present and pitch our agency's services including branding, content creation, and integrated campaigns
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain detailed records
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the agency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative services
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of advertising services, digital marketing, and creative processes
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
